1. Agreement to Terms
Studyflow ("we," "our," "us") provides educational software and services connecting students, parents, and educators. These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Studyflow when you access or use our mobile apps or related services.
If you do not agree, do not use Studyflow.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old or have verifiable parental consent to use student features.
- Parents may link to student accounts to view educational progress and manage goals.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings: Apple Subscriptions.
- Prices may vary by region and are subject to change; applicable taxes may be included or charged separately.
4. Free Trials
- If offered, free trials convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancel anytime via Apple account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Content, License, and Intellectual Property
- Studyflow grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the app for educational purposes.
- Your use of the app is additionally governed by Apple’s Standard EULA: Apple Standard EULA.
- All Studyflow content, trademarks, and materials are owned by Studyflow or its licensors and protected by applicable laws.
7. Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the services, interfere with their operation, or access without authorization.
- Do not upload unlawful or harmful content.
- Use is limited to educational and personal purposes; commercial redistribution is prohibited.
8. Minors and Parental Consent
- For users under 13, parental consent is required and certain features may be limited.
- We comply with COPPA, FERPA, and applicable child privacy laws.
9. Privacy
Your use of Studyflow is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
10. Changes to Services and Pricing
- We may modify features, pricing, or terms to improve services or comply with laws.
- Material changes will be communicated via in-app notices or email when appropriate.
11. Disclaimers
Studyflow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Studyflow provides educational support and insights; it does not guarantee academic outcomes.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studyflow and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid to Studyflow in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco, California, unless local law requires otherwise.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with the revised date.
